That’s why every LaGarde client has a dedicated project manager who works with you to determine your needs, timeline and coordinates the appropriate teams on our end to deliver a fully-functioning site on your go live date. From needs assessment and design to training and testing, you have one person to call for the information you need.

Your project manager will:

• Develop your project delivery timeline
• Gather the appropriate data from you to establish business rules, load products and more
• Set consultations with our Web design and marketing services teams
• Schedule and execute training sessions
• Manage deliverables around third-party integrations and customizations
• Provide you with ongoing status updates
